Working Mechanism: Neutral Protease is a kind of hydrolase, it mainly consist of endopeptidase, aminopeptidase and carboxypeptidase .These enzyme act together on peptide in the molecule and hydrolyze protein to polypeptides, oligopeptides and amino acids in neutral conditions.

1. In the leather processing industry, to move the animal fur, the dosage is 3-6kg/t raw material, softening dosage is 0.15-0.3kg/t raw material. Enzyme activity base on 50000 u/g, below is the same on enzyme activity.
2. In the feed complex enzyme industry, the recommended dosage is 0.02-0.10kg/ complete feed.
3. In baking industry, the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3kg/t flour.
4.In flavoring industry such as animal and plant protein hydrolysis powder and ananimal extract production, the recommended dosage 1-3kg/t raw material, hydrolyze time 2-24 hours on optimual conditions.
