Thermostable alkaline xylanase is a special enzyme preparation for pulping and papermaking developed by using leading Bio-engineering technology, through liquid deep fermentation, and comprehensive use of a variety of post-treatment technologies. This products has strong specificity and high activity, and can adapt to the high alkaline and high temperature environment of the pulp mill to treat fibers. It can effectively improve the whiteness of pulp, reduce the amount of bleaching liquid, reduce production costs, and reduce the pollution of bleaching liquid to the environment.
Raw material pretreatment mechanism and mode of action
Xylan is the main component of wood fiber and non-wood fiber. The use of Thermostable alkaline xylanase can remove some of the re-deposited xylan, increase the pores of the pulp matrix, release the trapped soluble lignin, increase the bleaching chemicals on the pulp, and improve the physical properties of the pulp. At the same time, thermostable alkaline xylanase can effectively remove xylan derivatives with chromophores generated by the chemical reaction between lignin and xylan, improve the whiteness of pulp, etc.
Features and advantages of thermostable alkaline xylanase products
1. Improve pulp whiteness: thermostable alkaline xylanase assisted bleaching can improve the whiteness of bleached pulp;
2. Reduce organic chlorine in wastewater: For pulp mills using active chlorine as bleaching agent, thermostable alkaline xylanase can remove or greatly reduce the organic chlorine in the paper mill discharge Environmentally harmful toxic organochlorine;
3. Reducing the cost of chemical bleaching agents: For pulp mills that use environmentally friendly bleaching agents such as hydrogen peroxide, thermostable alkaline xylanase can save a lot of costs;
4. Improving pulp brightness: When the amount of chemical bleaching agent is constant, pretreatment with thermostable alkaline xylanase can improve pulp brightness and produce better quality paper;
5. Reducing wastewater load: Using thermostable alkaline xylanase in the bleaching workshop can reduce COD, BOD and color in the wastewater.
