Enzymatic degumming is a physical refining process that uses a phospholipase to convert nonhydratable phosphatides into fully hydratable lysolecithin, which facilitates gum removal.
We have Phospholipase A1, Phospholipase A2, and Lysophospholipase for oil degumming enzymes.
Functions
1. Improve the yield of refined oil, which can be increased by 1%-2%, and the economic benefits are obvious;
2. One-step degumming, the phosphorus content can be reduced to a sufficiently low level;
3. Reduce the consumption of acid, alkali and water, safe and environmentally friendly;
4. For some vegetable oils that need to use excess acid and alkali to remove gum, it is more practical and more economical.
